Returns & Refunds Policy
Thanks for purchasing from Luxos!
In line with providing our customers with the best quality and client experience, we have
established a fair return policy for our Buyers and Sellers.
Since we are a Marketplace, all sales are final. Every product sold on Luxos
is sent to our hub for inspection and authentication. But if the Buyer notices a
mistake they can file a dispute within 48 hours of
receiving the package, which will open an investigation to the sale.
If you receive a product which is not as per the original listing, you could be eligible for a refund. Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Wrong colour
- Wrong size
- Wrong quantity
- Defective
- Damaged
- Significantly different from the description given by the Seller
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (Your order Number).
RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- All items must be complete, undamaged and in saleable condition
- New items must be factory sealed and unopened
- Returns have to be sent insured and tracked
- All items have to be in their original packaging and well packed for shipping
- A print-out of the invoice must be included
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have
received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be
applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
(approx. 1 week).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your
payment provider company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and "SOLD BY LUXOS". If you need to exchange it send us an email at support@luxos.co.uk
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted
from your refund.
