No imperfections or marks on the outside of the shoe, look completely fresh although the inside shows some wear and tear like the back of the foot some holes and soles maybe a bit worn out but everything is comfortable and you cannot even feel the holes behind ur foot, its as if its not even there. Just made because of longtime wear. It shouldn't disturb or hurt ur foot. As u can see i had to stretch so u can see the holes meaning it really isnt bothering behind all the other cushion material around it.
