Product #11073 This is a truly vintage 100% wool Burberry duffel coat (size 12 and regular length), bought in the 1980s before they started cutting corners, to quote my grandma. The quality of the wool makes the coat highly water resistant, so it's really practical for cold and wet weather, given that it has a hood too! The attention to detail and materials are as you'd expect from Burberry - the loops are leather and we think that the buckles could be made of bone, but we're not sure, given the age of the coat. There is a really minor stain on the right breast (see picture 4) but you have have to look closely to see it and it's definitely not noticeable when wearing it. The coat has been worn semi-regularly for many years, but it has remained in superb condition. Open to sensible offers from people who would give this coat the use it deserves!
