Yes, upon delivery of your product, you will have 48 hours to insepct and
review the product. If you wish to raise a dispute, please do so in My Orders tab in the Seller Dashboard.
Since Luxos is a Marketplace, we allow our sellers 3 business days to send the product to our Hub
upon arriving at our Hub, we then inspect and authenticate the item against the original listing.
If passed, your item will be sent out within 24 hours, using next day shipping fully insured.

a professional cleaning option, where when the item arrives at our hub for inspection and authentication,
the item will also be deep cleaned by our team, so that you recieve a box fresh product. Please allow an additional
48 hours to ship this item so that we can complete this process.
