All items that are purchased on Luxos Marketplace are sent to the Luxos Hub for inspection and Authentication. If passed, your item will be sent to you along with a Certificate of Authentication.

Yes, upon delivery of your product, you will have 48 hours to insepct and review the product. If you wish to raise a dispute, please do so in My Orders tab in the Seller Dashboard.

Since Luxos is a Marketplace, we allow our sellers 3 business days to send the product to our Hub upon arriving at our Hub, we then inspect and authenticate the item against the original listing. If passed, your item will be sent out within 24 hours, using next day shipping fully insured.

Since Luxos is a Marketplace and the items listed for sale are not directly sold by Luxos, we offer a professional cleaning option, where when the item arrives at our hub for inspection and authentication, the item will also be deep cleaned by our team, so that you recieve a box fresh product. Please allow an additional 48 hours to ship this item so that we can complete this process.

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, Google Pay, Link and Klarna So yes, since we accept Klarna, you can pay in installments.

Since Luxos is a Marketplace, the items listed for sale are not sold by Luxos. They are listed by a pool of individuals/Companies. However, that being said, all items purchased on Luxos' Marketplace will be sent to the Luxos Hub for inspection and authentication before being sent to the buyer. So you can rest assured the item you will be getting is the same as the original listing.
